Does my customer need a Koywe account to pay me?

No. For your customer, the process is invisible and seamless. When they open the link, they'll be taken to our payment portal where they'll be guided step by step to complete the payment without any issues.

How long is each payment link valid?

For security purposes, each generated link is valid for 24 hours. If the link expires, you can generate a new one in seconds directly from the platform.

Can I collect in one currency and receive the money in another?

That's one of our best features! You can charge your customer in their local currency (e.g. Argentine Pesos) and choose the currency in which you prefer to receive the payment (e.g. US Dollars, Brazilian Reais, or Chilean Pesos).

How do I receive confirmation that a payment was successful?

You'll receive real-time email notifications. You can also monitor the status of each transaction directly from the platform.

Can I customize the link with my brand?

Absolutely. To build greater trust, the payment link displays your company's name and logo. If you manage multiple entities, you can set up different logos and names for each one within the same organization.
